audit dashboard
Scheduled audits
All-time audit overview. Pending includes drafts and scheduled work that has not started; each audit is counted once.
Scheduled Work
Select a schedule to start or resume its guided inspection.
Sign-off
Completed audits waiting for the auditor, verifier, and acknowledger to sign. Once all three have signed and every finding is closed, a verifier closes the audit.
Inspection History
Findings
Each item that failed a check is listed once. Create a work request to have it fixed; the request goes to Maintenance.
Work Requests
Requests come from failed items on the Findings page, or are added here. Create a work order to have the work done, or decline a request when no work is needed.
Work Orders
Work orders are created from work requests.
Fixed Assets
Fixed assets are equipment with a code and serial details, such as TVs, chillers, and air conditioners.
Variable assets have no code label of their own, such as walls, floors, furniture, fittings, and sanitary ware. They keep the same details as fixed assets and are inspected the same way.

Outlets
How Outlets Work
Outlets control the locations users can select when scheduling visits, running inspections, registering fixed assets, and reviewing reports.
- Outlet Code
- The short store or branch code used across inspections, schedules, fixed assets, and reports.
- Outlet Location
- Where the outlet is located, such as the mall, branch area, city, or floor.
Zones
How Zones Work
Zones group multiple locations under one inspection area so staff can inspect by area instead of choosing locations one by one.

Departments
How Departments Work
Departments control the teams users can select when creating work orders and assigning user ownership.
- Department Code
- The short team code shown in user setup and work order assignment.
- Responsibilities
- Describe what that department owns so users assign issues to the right team.
Roles
How Roles Work
Roles are created here and use checkbox permissions to control which app sections users can open.
Organization
Who reports to whom, from the chain of command set on each role (Roles > Reports to). Each person sits under someone in the role above who covers the same outlet; people with nobody above them are on the top row.
Settings
Choose how the audit workspace looks and how much information appears in each list.

This preference is saved on this device and applies to pages.
